Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain Linux/Windows server environments supporting 50k+ state users
- Implement cybersecurity protocols for sensitive government data systems
- Lead cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure services
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Manage virtualization infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system integrations
- Document SOPs and train junior IT staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering enterprise Windows/Linux environments
- Active CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and enterprise backup systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Government IT compliance knowledge (FISMA, NIST)
- Ability to obtain CA Public Trust clearance
