Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and cloud systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response protocols
- Manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system integrations
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migration projects
- Document IT policies and procedures for compliance with state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5 years experience accepted)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent
- 5+ years managing enterprise Windows Server environments
- Expertise in Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure and hybrid systems
- Experience with federal/state compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Strong analytical skills for complex system troubleshooting
- Valid Arizona driver's license
