Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce security protocols compliant with FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- Perform daily system monitoring to ensure availability and performance of servers and applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy IT solutions and upgrades.
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and technical procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or GSEC are strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
