Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot complex IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure during night hours.
- Execute critical system updates, patch management, and security patches to ensure compliance with government standards.
- Respond to and resolve IT service tickets and incidents with minimal supervision.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard sensitive government records.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration or network support.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
