Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Enforce security protocols and compliance standards to protect sensitive government data.
- Lead the deployment of new software applications and hardware upgrades across departments.
- Conduct regular system audits and provide technical documentation for all IT operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical roadblocks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network security protocols.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Government or public sector experience is highly preferred.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or MCSA are a plus.
