Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and network architectures. Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, ensuring code quality and system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance user experience. Conduct system performance tuning and security audits to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and software development. Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Strong understanding of state government IT frameworks and compliance standards (FISMA, HIPAA). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
