Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise systems using Java, SQL, and cloud technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in system integration and process optimization projects
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Ensure system security compliance with state and federal regulations (NIST, HIPAA)
- Develop and execute testing protocols for system reliability and performance
- Provide Tier-3 support and troubleshooting for mission-critical applications
- Create technical documentation and training materials for end-users
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system analysis and design
- Expertise in Java, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of government IT infrastructure and compliance requirements
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
- Proven project management experience with SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in a public sector environment
