Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough system analysis to identify requirements, problems, and opportunities for improvement within federal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders to define system functionality and integration points.
- Develop and implement technical solutions that align with government standards and compliance regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document technical requirements, architectural designs, and process workflows for stakeholder review.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions within the IT department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT systems analysis or a related role.
- Experience working with federal or government contracts is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
