Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and software solutions for government operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Ensure all systems comply with federal, state, and local government regulations and data security standards.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for internal stakeholders and the public.
- Lead system upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis, preferably within the public sector or government.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and database management systems.
- Experience with government enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or legacy mainframes) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse audiences.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprint clearance required for government roles.
