Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement complex IT systems to support municipal operations.
- Conduct system performance monitoring and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy government databases and applications.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government security regulations.
- Lead technical requirements gathering and project management for government contracts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis within the public sector or a large enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with ITIL framework and government compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification such as PMP, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ is highly desirable.
