Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement complex IT solutions for federal government clients.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and provide advanced support for network and server infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security standards (e.g., FISMA), and ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Document technical processes and maintain comprehensive system logs for audit purposes.
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Systems Analysis or a related technical role.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
