Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions and system specifications.
- Lead the end-to-life cycle of system implementations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure IT systems align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary updates to safeguard sensitive government data.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on best practices for system analysis and documentation.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably within a government or large enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Deep understanding of federal and state IT security compliance regulations (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
