Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development and enhancement.
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct thorough system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Software Development, or a related IT role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, and/or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid work environment.
