Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Neural Interface Architect to lead our R&D division in San Francisco. As we approach the 2026 technological singularity, we are building the infrastructure that bridges biological cognition and digital computation.
In this role, you will engineer next-generation neural networks capable of real-time thought translation and cognitive enhancement. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, quantum computing, and neuroprosthetics to define the operating systems of tomorrow.
Why Join Us?
At Aether Dynamics, we don't just predict the future; we build it. You will have the autonomy to explore cutting-edge research, access to state-of-the-art hardware labs, and the opportunity to shape the ethical frameworks of AGI.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI) and neural signal processing.
- Optimize inference latency and power consumption for edge computing environments in neuroprosthetics.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of neuroscientists, quantum physicists, and hardware engineers.
- Define the roadmap for AGI safety, alignment, and ethical AI protocols.
- Lead technical mentorship and code reviews for a team of machine learning researchers.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source neural network libraries.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or FPGA development is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of neural signal processing, bio-signals, and cognitive neuroscience principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
