Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and network systems during night shifts.
- Perform routine hardware and software troubleshooting and updates.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Respond to and resolve critical system outages and service tickets.
- Document technical procedures and system changes for night shift operations.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless transition of operations.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience working in night shift environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with federal compliance standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
