Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot federal network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal information security standards, including FISMA and NIST guidelines.
- Provide advanced technical support to federal employees and stakeholders via remote and on-site channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation initiatives and cloud solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets and maintain accurate configuration documentation.
- Participate in incident response planning and disaster recovery exercises.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal or civilian IT support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and government-specific platforms (e.g., J2EE, legacy systems).
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and cybersecurity protocols.
- Ability to work effectively as an independent contractor and as part of a collaborative team.
