Responsibilities
- Manage complex pension plan administration including benefit calculations, distributions, and participant communications
- Ensure strict compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and Illinois state pension laws
- Analyze financial data and actuarial reports to maintain fund solvency and recommend strategic adjustments
- Oversee participant enrollment processes, recordkeeping, and retirement counseling services

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of pension plan administration experience in government or regulated financial sector
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(a)/403(b) regulations, and Illinois Pension Code
- Certified Pension Administrator (CPA) or Qualified Retirement Plan Administrator (QPA) designation required
