Responsibilities
- Administer state pension plans, including enrollment, contributions, and disbursements
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and NC state statutes

- Manage participant inquiries and resolve complex benefit issues
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams on retirement planning initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Deep knowledge of retirement regulations (ERISA, IRS, state laws)
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Oracle, FIS Global)
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or CEBS designation preferred
