Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough reviews of retirement applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with ERISA and state laws.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pension administration, benefits management, or public sector finance.
- Strong knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA regulations, and California Government Code.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced functions) and pension administration software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear, concise language.
