Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze legislative proposals aligned with Austin's strategic goals

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government policy development or public sector consulting
- Deep understanding of Texas municipal governance structures
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative policy analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to navigate complex political landscapes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
