Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state policies and recommend evidence-based improvements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Proven track record of developing actionable policy recommendations
- Deep knowledge of California state governance structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Experience with public budgeting processes preferred
