Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts for state agencies
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on public policy issues
- Develop policy briefs and implementation frameworks
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements with public/private partners
- Monitor federal policy changes affecting PA programs
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Stata)
- Deep knowledge of Pennsylvania's legislative process
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and public testimony
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
