Responsibilities
- Research and analyze economic trends, industry needs, and policy impacts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in economic development or regional planning
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, R, Python)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with public policy implementation
- Knowledge of Washington state regulations and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
