Responsibilities
- Analyze complex health data to inform evidence-based policy recommendations
- Develop and draft legislation, regulations, and executive orders
- Coordinate with state agencies, legislators, and community partners
- Present findings to executive leadership and legislative committees
- Monitor federal policy changes and assess state-level impacts
- Manage grant-funded projects and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Experience with Colorado legislative processes
- Strong written communication for policy documents
- Valid Colorado driver's license
