Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy impacts using quantitative/qualitative research methods
- Develop actionable recommendations for City Council and department heads
- Lead cross-functional projects with 10+ stakeholders
- Present findings to public officials and community groups
- Monitor federal/state policy changes affecting local governance
- Manage $2M+ annual project budgets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years government/public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Tableau)
- Proven track record of legislative/policy impact
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Clear federal background check
