Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations through quantitative/qualitative research
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance for state programs

- Monitor policy implementation outcomes and recommend adjustments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sectors
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Proven ability to draft legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania's administrative code and procedures
