Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare legislation and regulations to inform policy recommendations
- Collaborate with congressional offices, federal agencies, and stakeholders on health initiatives
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate policy impactsDevelop comprehensive policy briefs and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Represent the agency in intergovernmental meetings and public forums
- Oversee cross-functional teams implementing health policy initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis experience
- Expertise in healthcare systems, Medicare/Medicaid programs, or public health
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting congressional testimony and policy documents
- Top Secret security clearance required
- US citizenship and federal employment eligibility
