Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for state agencies

- Manage policy implementation projects with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (R, Python, or Stata)
- Demonstrated success in translating complex data into actionable insights
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with policy writing samples
- Knowledge of California's legislative and regulatory processes
