Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R)
- Demonstrated success in developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Strong understanding of California's budget processes and regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license (position requires occasional travel)
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
