Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex municipal policies using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Develop policy recommendations aligned with strategic goals and community needs

- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure policy implementation success
- Monitor legislation and regulatory changes affecting city operations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R) and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of developing successful municipal policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive experience
- Deep understanding of Tennessee state and federal regulatory frameworks
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
- Memphis residency required within 6 months of hire
