Responsibilities

- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts on state operations
- Prepare testimony and supporting documentation for legislative hearings
- Manage data collection and reporting using advanced analytics tools

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Expert knowledge of Arizona's legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to travel statewide as needed
