Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare legislation and regulatory impacts
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for Congressional briefings
- Lead cross-agency task forces on public health emergencies
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative policy evaluations
- Manage $5M+ federal grant portfolios for health initiatives
- Present findings to Senate committees and OMB officials
- Mentor junior analysts on federal compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years federal policy analysis experience
- Expertise in CMS/Medicaid regulations
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS/R required)
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Published health policy research in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience leading interagency working groups
