Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate complex policy proposals for metropolitan governance
- Analyze legislative impacts and recommend actionable strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SPSS)
- Proven track record with federal/state regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
