Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive health policy recommendations through quantitative/qualitative research
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance requirements
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives with state agencies and stakeholders
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and executive reports for decision-makers
- Monitor emerging health trends and federal/state regulatory changes
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with community partners
- Manage policy implementation evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Expertise in health policy frameworks and Virginia state regulations
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Proven project management with competing priorities
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- US citizenship required
