Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy proposals and legislative impacts for state programs
- Develop data-driven recommendations for healthcare and social service initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement policy changes
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for legislative stakeholders
- Monitor federal/state compliance requirements for program operations
- Lead community outreach initiatives to gather constituent feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Experience with Tennessee state government processes preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (travel required)
