Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state policies and legislative impacts on Boston communities
- Develop data-driven recommendations for agency leadership
- Coordinate interdepartmental initiatives across state agencies
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefings and stakeholder reports
- Monitor federal and state legislative developments affecting Massachusetts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Expertise in quantitative research and statistical analysis
- Deep knowledge of Massachusetts state government operations
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
- Proven project management experience with complex initiatives
