Responsibilities

- Prepare executive briefings and legislative testimony for state leadership
- Oversee policy implementation monitoring and impact evaluation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit sectors
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, Stata)
- Demonstrated success in Portland-area policy initiatives
- Deep knowledge of Oregon's legislative processes
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Experience managing federal/state grant compliance
