- Manage stakeholder engagement with local government partners
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative policy impact assessments
- Lead crisis response initiatives for urgent public matters
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Expertise in Colorado legislative processes and state regulations
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of cross-agency project leadership
- Strong written/verbal communication with policy stakeholders
- Active Colorado security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Emergency management certification preferred
