Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare data and legislation to inform policy recommendations
- Collaborate with state agencies on public health emergency response strategies
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs for legislative stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams on health equity initiatives
- Monitor federal policy changes and assess Texas implementation requirements
- Present findings to senior leadership and legislative committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Expertise in Texas legislative processes and healthcare regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
