Responsibilities
- Analyze complex health policies and regulatory frameworks to inform strategic recommendations
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and legislative proposals for state-level initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement with local government, healthcare providers, and community leaders
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced data analysis tools
- Present findings to executive leadership and legislative committees
- Monitor policy implementation impacts and recommend adjustments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare sector
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R) and policy modeling tools
- Expertise in Texas legislative processes and regulatory compliance
- Strong written communication with demonstrated report/publication portfolio
- Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel statewide
