- Present findings to senior leadership and legislative committees

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Texas legislative processes preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Certification in public policy management a plus
