Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze transportation policy frameworks aligned with PA's strategic goals
- Coordinate with federal agencies (FHWA, FTA) and local municipalities
- Conduct economic impact studies for major infrastructure projects
- Prepare legislative briefings and testimony for state committees
- Manage interdepartmental task forces for policy implementation
- Monitor regulatory changes and recommend adaptive strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government policy analysis
- Proficiency in Pennsylvania state procurement processes
- Strong quantitative analysis skills (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with NEPA and state environmental compliance
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
