Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and draft legislative recommendations
- Conduct stakeholder consultations with government agencies and community groups
- Develop quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs for legislative committees
- Monitor implementation of enacted policies and evaluate outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R)
- Proven ability to manage multi-year research projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Georgia residency required at time of hire
