Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based policy solutions for complex urban challenges
- Analyze legislative impacts and recommend actionable strategies to the Mayor's Office

- Present findings to the Council of the District of Columbia and key stakeholders
- Oversee research initiatives using advanced data analytics and predictive modeling
- Mentor junior analysts and manage policy development workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative analysis and policy evaluation methodologies
- Proven track record of successful legislative advocacy
- Deep knowledge of DC's unique governance structure and policy landscape
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Security clearance eligibility required
