Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate complex policy frameworks for state-funded programs
- Analyze socioeconomic data to identify emerging community needs
- Collaborate with legislative bodies and stakeholder groups
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations
- Monitor federal/state regulatory changes and assess impacts
- Lead cross-functional task forces on multi-agency initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership and public forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency with statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Advanced knowledge of Arizona state government operations
