Responsibilities

- Present findings to elected officials and community stakeholders
- Monitor legislative changes and regulatory compliance requirements
- Manage public engagement processes for policy development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis and research methodologies
- Proficiency with policy development software (e.g., PolicyMap, SAS)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
