Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze state policies affecting urban communities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government or policy analysis
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania state regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in urban environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
