Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex socioeconomic data to inform policy recommendations
- Develop and evaluate legislative proposals aligned with state strategic priorities
- Collaborate with interagency teams to implement cross-functional initiatives
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership
- Monitor federal policy developments and assess state alignment opportunities
- Manage stakeholder engagement with community organizations and industry partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Stata, or SPSS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislative briefs and policy memos
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania's legislative and regulatory frameworks
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
