Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban development policies and recommend evidence-based solutions for metropolitan Atlanta
- Conduct quantitative research on housing affordability, transportation, and economic development trends

- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Stata, or SPSS)
- Demonstrated success in developing data-driven policy recommendations
- Deep understanding of Georgia's legislative and regulatory processes
- Strong written communication skills with published policy reports
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
