Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations through quantitative analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to address complex state challenges
- Conduct legislative impact assessments and fiscal feasibility studies
- Present findings to executive leadership and legislative committees
- Manage research projects using advanced data visualization tools
- Coordinate with agency directors to align policy with strategic goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Expertise in Ohio legislative processes and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for policy briefings
